"Wonderful host and scenic location. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon,...

"3pm check in turned out to be 4 pm although they gave us a complementary drink to compensate. Common lift areas smelt of vomit and unbearable. Rooms were great though. Limited food choices for vegetarians and local restaurants in murano were shut hence not a great experience. "

"The room was beautiful. The stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfast didn't have healthy options or options for dietary restrictions. The bathtub did not have a plug for some reason. Overall ok for a few days. "

"Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay."

"An absolute delight to spend a few nights at this unique destination. Full of sunny table filled court yards, delicious food and drinks at the cafe/ restaurant, loved the location on the edge of the city, multinational guests including students, travelers and families. Breakfast is perfect! My room looked out over the canal and city. I WILL return!! Simple and attractive room, quiet nights, delightful staff."

My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room. Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa. They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to."

"The location was great! It wasn’t too far of a walk from the main hustle and bustle - the hotel itself was in a quiet area which was perfect! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were very friendly! The room was clean & spacious. Overall 10/10 stay and I’d do it again!"

"Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!"
