"Spa war keiner im Haus . Vor den fenstern direkt eine Mauer. Personal unfreundlich. Kreditkarte wurden einfach beträge abgezogen wo ich nicht weiss für was ? Dusche war sehr dreckig .nicht geputzt . Wir waren zu viert auf einem zimmer . Das eine bett war das durchgessesene sofa ,das andere zustellbett eine metallbett wie im zeltlager .es war für das geld eine zumutung und schrecklich. "

"Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "

Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay."

"Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks. The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk.. "Hotel concierge is amazing. The staff overall is amazing. A few features with the room didn’t work. Mainly the bathroom. Running toilets and the shower randomly going off through the night. No air circulation unless you open the windows. Cleanliness was fantastic. A beautiful property. We will always come back. Minor issues need to be addressed."

"The space is clean and spacious. It has all you need for a short stay. It’s close to St Mark’s square and bonus with the supermarket just around the corner. One thing I didn’t like is the checkin process with many steps and they didn’t contact you for the meeting place until the day of; it’s hard when you’re travelling. "

Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!"

"Located off the beaten path in the Cannaregio district, this is truly a hidden gem! Very quiet area and an absolutely fantastic hotel! Hotel is of the orient theme with spacious clean rooms and a bottle of free champagne to greet you. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you don’t have plans don’t worry, the staff is very knowledgeable and have many activities they can guide you to, some of which are free, courtesy of the hotel.
