"Nice and very pleasant stay! Beds are very comfortable.."

"Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff...

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the excellent espresso and buffet in the mornings. The buffet staff also went out of their way to be kind and so helpful. Only downside was that there is no regularly-staffed reception desk, and communication in advance was neither prompt nor specific about exactly how to check in or whether and how we could drop off luggage before checkin.
