"3pm check in turned out to be 4 pm although they gave us a complementary drink to compensate. Common lift areas smelt of vomit and unbearable. Rooms were great though. Limited food choices for vegetarians and local restaurants in murano were shut hence not a great experience. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
