While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. "Terrible living conditions"

"The rooms were quiet. You could not hear anyone around you, but the air conditioning system was very loud. The breakfast was good. It’s definitely a dated hotel but it felt very safe."

"The room was large and the bed was comfortable complimentary coffee andit was easy to walk into town, however there were no drinking or eating facilities on site."

"Nice, clean rooms nice bathrooms, and showers. Only complaint I would have is it’s the end of May and early June and the swimming pool was not open and it actually looked just fine but that would be my only complaint."

"This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was convenient and affordable aside from that there were no towels in the room and when towels were requested, I was told none were available. So if I add in the cost of having to go and buy towels to have a shower, I guess I could have stayed at a nicer place. Lol"

"We love it all, we would love to see the carpet removed in the downstairs s rooms by the pool. When we arrive our room always smells like pet pee. I always have to make a run to Safeway for pet deodorizer spray. A flooring upgrade would be grand!!!"

"We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. "I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and I was back for a military retirement ceremony in the area. I needed to check in early to get ready after a long flight and a 2pm ceremony start time. I called to ask about an early check-in. Amy was courteous and empathetic when telling me she had no rooms available for early check-in but assured me she would give me a call if something opened up. About 30 minutes later she called back to let me know that something opened up and I could do an early check-in....
