"An older property with more dated furnishings, but very clean with great service. The room was extremely comfortable and the lake view was very relaxing. There were great lake views from several vistas on the property. The front desk clerk was very helpful and informative. The botanical garden near the property was a wonderful find as well. If ever in the area again we will retun."

" 04/26/26- 04/28/26 Check in was easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The parking lot was being cleaned as we pulled in so that was a plus. The property has an esthetic that matches the whole vibe of Helen. Parking lot was very well lit at night for security reasons which is cool. Rooms were updated and very clean. "I was told there was not a room downstairs I’ll be and I am handicap. There seem to be ample parking. The bathtub I found hair from a previous resident. There was no bathmat in the bathtub very slippery. If you’re handicap, this is not the Hotel for you. The continental breakfast was pedestrian at best."
