"Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. The morning it fell short the oatmeal was just liquid/soupy. I couldn’t eat it. And there were more limited...

"Good location for where we were going. Close to a few restaurants. The staff was less than friendly. Staff was very rude. The room had a sewer gas leak and stunk just enough to be annoying. We only stayed one nite. And with the staff being rude, u didnt want to call and ask for another room. I was too tired. Do not recommend. "

"Very basic and dated yet it was lower cost so it’s a trade off. The front desk was great; the breakfast buffet was just average compared to other competitors in Cookville. The room smelled a bit like dogs had stayed there previously. Very quiet which was a positive. Lights were out or broken. Coffee maker below average. Bathroom was good but there were three tissues left and no new box ready in room. Three stories and elevator was fast yet the UP - DOWN lights were busted out. We would...

"The staff was nice and helpful with suggestions for nearby parks and sights. There is remodeling going on at the hotel. The room was clean but seemed like this room wasn't quite ready for staying in. The tub needed a drain ring and maybe more caulking.. but then that's me being a builder.. Even with the minor things I noticed I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
