"Hospitality was terrible from the evening desk...although when asked for a pillow and blanket we were allowed one. Building was unsecure to random passerby; elevator to all floors of the inn is free to be used by anyone. Breakfast was not worth waking up for; normal for a free hotel breakfast. Complimentary items were cheap...the tissues are similar to sandpaper. Parking was interesting but not difficult. Definitely NOT the worst place I've stayed but will never stay here again."

"Liked that it was not in the heart of PF per se and was on the Northside, a bit less busy. Suggest that likely all rooms need to be bombed for bugs; idk even what I was killing throughout a two night stay. Key drop was convenient for an early departure. Staff upon check in was friendly and talkative. "

"The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

"I lovecthay they have both an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. The breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. The rooms were clean and thwy ledt plenty of towels. I've been to some hotels were we had to ask everyday for towels. The beds are very comfort and they made them every day. So our stay was great. Its off the main drag and close to lots of restaurants. We had a balcony too. Just great we will return."
