"The pool was closed (wasn’t stated on website when booking) and they were constantly pressure washing, and doing some maintenance work which blocked off several parking spots directly in front of building. The gym was open even though the pool wasn’t, but we had to walk because the parking in front of the building where the pool/gym is was blocked off. Even half of the parking at the front desk/spa area was blocked as well. We stayed for 4 nights in the penthouse suite and the room was wonderful. It just felt like they didn’t care about anyone staying there during the off season. We stayed the last week of April! And the last day they called us early in the morning to ask us to move our truck so that they could pressure wash that area!! Ridiculous for the amount we were paying to stay there!! "

"Great location. All patios overlook the creek, which is very peaceful. Lots of wildlife during our visit, which added to it. Extremely clean and spacious room."

"Parking was fine but that’s about it only one elevator worked. The chairs in the room were broke, so there was no sitting on the balcony. The pool was cold. Lazy river was OK. The hot tub looked nasty and it looked to be blood splatter all over the bathroom wall that’s when I left that was enough…. I ended up leaving early so now I paid for 2 nights and only actually got one don’t recommend this place. "

They certainly give you more than you can eat whether it is the delicious breakfast or the best dinner we had while we were in Pigeon Forge. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The location is very convenient to all the local attractions. 100% satisfied!"
