"Girls spa weekend and River Stone was the perfect place!! Loved the spa and all the treatments I received!! Everyone was very nice and made sure we had a wonderful visit. Our room was spotless and had a nice view of the golf course. Perfect location!!"

"🌺🌺🌺May 1-3rd,2026...Quick Weekend Get Away from South Carolina Our Destination The "Island "Of Pigeon forge Tennessee..One of our favorite places to visit,we never ever in all our Visits had to get A Hotel room,because we have Family there,however this visit would be different, arriving with no prearranged Lodging,we started looking along the busy Pigeon forge parkway, Friday evening ,bright lights,Lots of choices,we stopped in A few Hotels, even though the access to the Island Amusement Park was very close, most Hotels were nice to look at,but cleanliness, great customer service & A Peaceful atmosphere means more to me, Along w/ indoor pool& Great Breakfast, turning off the main road, tucked away, we found this Gem" staff was nice& welcoming,very helpful, it was like visiting family, I usually dont approve of my teenage grandgirl (16) walking the Halls alone, life & ppl are crazy, Even though we all were strangers,even the workers were very Nice,(not creepy)& even other guests were respectful which was Great being that we are of A diff race,the Atmosphere was peaceful, no smell of cigarette smoke, family friendly, I will definitely go back, I Appreciate the Hospitality it's hard to find nice people these Days.,Sooo "from Our Family" 2 Yours " Le Conte" HOTEL& CONVENTION CENTER "we say" Thank You""🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺"

"Breakfast overrated by staff. Same hot dishes offered every day. Metal chairs were uncomfortable. Difficulty operating waffle iron."

"The room was nice and clean! I feel like the staff could have been more attentive when greeting guest. I will say I told the room service lady we didn’t need anything and after we had left someone had came to the room to refresh and made bed but had also moved some of our personal things. We specifically asked them not to come in. Breakfast was decent, I recommend sticking with the waffles."

"Dead bolt locked and wouldn’t open had to wait for front desk to answer before exiting room. No housekeeping during stay. Right next to go cart track, can hear the noise with room closed and TV on. Had a package shipped to me that front desk signed for but wasn’t delivered to me. Swimming pool is in the parking lot a next to another business. Pictures online are old and the building has a lot of wear and tear. Three floor and no elevator."
