"Oh how I hate reviewing hotels (guesthouses) that have no staff. Can there be customer service if there is nobody to deliver the service? Sending an email with codes is not serive, it is laziness, but that is only my opinion. You are greeted with a piece of paper taped to the front door with directions on how to use the codes they emailed you. I do not want to check email on vacation. Once you are inside, you will use the same app, different code, to open your room door. The room was so hot,...
