"Great place, professional staff and great driving location."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Such a great hotel! Def had a good stay and the place looked more upscale than what i thought would be…and the breakfast was superb! Ohhh there’s a fan in the bathroom too! Such a big plus! 🤗"

"Clean rooms, clean property, okay parking, walkable to restaurants. Perfect location halfway thru our trip to Canada."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The floor was dirty and needed mopping. The restroom door was installed upsidedown and didn't close. We had to use a towel in between the door frame and door so it could close. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchenette. The room has a musty smell. I reported to the staff but they didn't fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The cleanliness wasn't that great. I regretted booking this place."

"Property was very clean and staff was helpful. Loved the location - it was quiet but only a short walk to several restaurants. An added bonus was seeing a harbor seal in the marina."

"This place is disgusting. It smelled, flooring was held together by duct tape. I couldn't even tell you when the room was cleaned last. I had a bad allergic reaction that almost landed me in the hospital. I did not stay the night, I left and stayed elsewhere. I did get a full refund which I appreciated. Never again and I would not recommend."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated."
