"Very nice well kept good location and views"

"The room did not have any wash cloths and the two bath towels were very small. The room did not have any Kleenex tissue. The TV in the room only received one station (getting a different remote did not solve the problem). The noise in the room from a nearby freeway was very loud. There was no water in the swimming pool. The door to the bathroom was in poor condition (water damaged) and needs to be replaced."

"Room was cold. Asked for a blanket and given a sheet. Had to call desk on second day because NO toilet paper. Asked housekeeper and she had no idea what I was saying. Had asked for accessibility room because husband is 93 with a cane but they couldn’t even find regular room. Put us halfway to back. Back door was closer than front door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No garbage or towels picked up during entire stay. If we have to go to Seattle again, will not choose this hotel. "

"I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family birthday weekend. From the time we pulled up to the door, the entire experience here was perfect. A valet greeted us immediately, a bellhop loaded our luggage onto a cart, and we were directed towards the check in desk. We checked in quickly and got to our rooms where our luggage was delivered promptly. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Once we were settled we ate at 12 Moons. "Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again."

"Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"You could not pay me enough money to stay at this place again. Woken up every night by the other guests, lots of drunks in the area. Broken down car, flat tyres, filled with empty bottles in the car park. I felt unsafe every night, we decided to leave early as it was horrific. Do not stay here."

"I lived in this hotel for 2 weeks and only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper, there is only one pot and a pan which is so small, with one tiny soap and tiny tube of shampoo. Cabinet have no cover so if you cook it would definitely have that smell in your clothes."
