"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese,...

"I love the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, n was able to understand and reply to questions in english. I will not stay at this hotel next time for 2 reasons. First reason being the water was only coming at room temperature when taking a shower n the AC never came cold."

Em relação ao quarto, achei o quarto em si relativamente pequeno (tinha pouco espaço para abrir as malas), enquanto o banheiro é bem grande. Como ponto negativo, achei que o meu banheiro estava com um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, mas não cheguei a fazer uma reclamação no hotel."

"The Staff were awesome- the place was basically clean ( hair in the bathroom on the toilet seat cover was noted upon entry)but the hotel is definitely in need of mechanical maintenance ( Hot water is almost non existent) , the shower head and arm assembly very loose in room 1723 and paint and trim is showing its wear and tear all over the hallways and ceilings - I would stay again though due to location and amenities of the area"
