"This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

"The check-in process was disappointing and frustrating. The reservation was made through Expedia for two people, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to check us in because the information for the second guest had not been received from Expedia. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between Expedia and the receptionist, making the check-in experience stressful and inconvenient.
Despite the initial inconvenience, the overall stay was very good and enjoyable. However, there were a...

"We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."

"The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, and exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, the physical beauty of the property does not compensate for the deplorable service and basic utility issues we experienced.
Our arrival set a negative tone immediately: we waited over two and a half hours just for someone to check us in. When staff finally arrived, both the host and the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite speaking English fluently with other...
