"There was no staff any where to provide assistance. To even discuss possible early check in. Not even a hour. Or 30 minutes. Literally only could check at 4 pm on the dot. Internet was out. No TV no phones. Never again! I don’t recommend"

"The staff is rude and unprofessional . The rooms are very small and dirty Elevator takes atleast 10 minutes wait at the time of breakfast . The valet parking is 50 USD per day which over priced"

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"

"For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable."

"I stayed at this hotel every week for about 4 months because of my job. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s close to everything. Grand Central Terminal is right next door. Times Square is in walking distance. The subway, metro north and the Long Island Railroad is next door. 5 th avenue is one block away. This hotel is a little dated and could use some renovations. The furniture is a little old. This hotel is a little pricey but the location is excellent."

"This was a lovely place to stay. Despite being in NY the room was quiet and big and luxurious. The quality of linens and towels was great. My only complaint would be that there was a big line to check in and check out. They should have more staff at the desk. Otherwise great location and stay"

"Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never fixed."
