"hallo, das Hotel ist eine Zumutung. jede Jugendherberge ist besser.
kein Restaurant wie angegeben
Keine Bergansicht sondern auf den Zwischengang der Häuser
Das das Bad incl. WC auf dem Gang ist hätte expedia deutlicher und auf deutsch beschreiben müssen.
Dann ist auch noch 1 Bad auf der Etage nicht nutzbar. Toilettekasten steht lose rum
nochwas: im Zimmer gibt es nur 1 Steckdose!!!!
da steckt schon die Lampe.
Aber wir haben alle aber mindestens 1 Telelefon
Frühstück haben wir uns dann gespart."

"We travel a lot.... but we fell in love with FLÜHLI 😀 best kept secret in Switzerland!!!
The staff at the hotel are the BEST! So extremely helpful and giving of their time and knowledge. Mark and Marc (yes, same name), provided multiple gems of knowledge and insight to the places only the locals go. AMAZING!!!!
For our next trip to Switzerland, we plan on using Flühli as our hub/Basecamp and do a series of day trips from there.
I don't leave recommends often, but I would kindly advise you...

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was immaculate. We had a view of Brienz lake and it was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again in the future."
