Great value for money considering that this is one of the prime hotels in Sofia. Beautiful old building. Breakfast buffet was good. I got a nice bottle of champagne as an Expedia royal member.

The hotel is beautiful, but AC didn’t work properly… it was crazy hot . No matter how I was lowering the temperature to low, it stayed on 25 C … the room 309 AC needs to be fixed

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last ten years. it seems to me, with every stay, the place looks worse and offers less than before. New ownership etc. Used to be the best in town and now it has that old musty hotel odor. Will i stay here next time , i come to Sofia, most likely..
