"Grand oasis is perfect hotel-coming 2 times here already.good beach,normal rooms. But the best is food.its really fantastic!Thank you so much for this for Head Chef and all staff in the restaurant area❤ If just to improve cleaning in the rooms and customer service of some staff in reception-wont be any issues at all. "Wonderful staff. Nice property. The other tourists were also very pleasant. The gym and sauna was great. I had a few treatments. The hotel were very accommodating when I needed to change my room. First day orientation chat would have been helpful in getting to know the hotel and excursions available. Overall, a lovely stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Rotana. The staff were very friendly, the food was great with new buffet options daily, and the resort was clean and well-maintained. The beach was stunning, with amazing coral and fish — a top-notch snorkeling spot! The only downside was the limited entertainment options, which could use more variety and better quality. Overall, a fantastic experience"
