"I’ll start with the positive. The staff was friendly, the lobby area was updated and clean, and the breakfast was pretty tasty. The beds were also comfortable. However, the rooms were small and needed some updating. At least half of the floor tiles in the room were cracked. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned well. There were yellow stains on the shower curtain and hair on the bathroom floor (not from us). The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was horrible. There is no pool. "

"Check‑in was fine, but the front desk staff was not friendly. The room had only one very small hand towel and no hair dryer. When we went to the front desk to request fresh towels and a hair dryer, the manager was unprofessional and dismissive, responding with, ‘What’s the problem?’ We were told that housekeeping would deliver the towels, but they were never brought. We also did not receive a hair dryer; instead, we were told we would have to use one immediately and return it. Overall, I did not...

"When I first arrive the staff who helped me it was pretty kind, the room was kind of clean the carpet looked like dirty, the hot tub wasn't working the pool was open but it was a little dirty, the breakfast it was ok they had cereal bagels juice muffins coffe and some other things, the area of the hotel was pretty calm I would recommend this hotel "

"Didn’t expect much from a 3star hotel. The man and woman tending the front were not friendly at all, atleast we didn’t need to interact with them much. Breakfast was minimum, yogurt, waffles, bread and coffee. Location is good, close to food, grocery, Dutch Bros. "

"The property is undergoing remodeling. However, the bedsheets were dirty (stain) the bathroom was dirty not properly clean. The towels were also dirty. Other guests were smoking on the non-smoking area. The room was big and there was plenty of open space to place our luggage. "

"Room was clean, however the furitute had some damages on the bed, the fridge was a bit dirty. AC made a weird noise and the room overall was very noisy. the area was okay. "

"Originally the place looked a little sketchy, but the service was very nice and easy to check in and the room was clean. It was quiet too. The breakfast in the morning was something that a mom would put together in a paper bag with 2 of : bananas, tangerines, granola bars, yogurt/spoons, and cookies, but I’d stay again if necessary "

"Very disappointed. The rooms were extremely dirty—I had to change rooms upon check-in due to an unclean kitchen, and the second room was just as bad. There was mold in the bathroom and rust on the bathtub. The rooms look nothing like the photos online. When I reported this at checkout, the front desk showed no apology and seemed to doubt my concerns, even when I had photos. I did not feel taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive is the nearby shops."
