"I never checked in because this was the wrong location. When I contacted the property through their contact portal, they never responded to my written messages. When I spoke to a live representative for this location, she told me that my reservation was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged. She also told me I would receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. I booked another Wyndham location based on this information. When I never received the confirmation email, I called again and was then told that the representative lied to me and did not cancel my reservation and that I was already charged for my stay. The property manager at this location clearly tried to take profit for this stay along with my new booking at the other location. Unfortunately, for this person, I have all of the recordings from my calls, so this would be considered a fraudulent charge. It’s a shame that customers have to fight to be treated fairly all for the sake of taking profit for the night vs the lifetime value of me as a customer. "

"Anna, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely AH-MAZING!!! My 75 year old mom & I walked from the Amtrak Train Station to the hotel (she's quiet healthy for her age). The room was clean, the shower was awesome, the pool was GREAT, and the breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in within walking distance to awesome restaurants and a liquor store (NJ does NOT sell alcohol at convenience stores). We used Uber and it was great."

"This was a great hotel! It was clean, well-maintained, & nicely decorated. Our room was very spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed. It also had a separate sitting area & a bar with a sink, fridge, & microwave. The shower in the bathroom was nice & had a built-in gripper pad in the tub so it was not slippery at all. The only difficulty we had was getting in & out of the parking lot because it's so close to the airport."

"This hotel is located in a businesspark type area with free onsite parking. It was clean, easy to get to, & not far by car from a mall that had shops & restaurants, which was nice because there were no shops or restaurants within walking distance, except for the one in the Hilton next door. Our room was very spacious & modern, with a separate sitting area and a little bar with a sink, fridge, & microwave. The TV near the bed wasn't working & there was no maintenance staff on hand to fix it for us. Fortunately, the sitting room TV did work. The windows had pull-down shades instead of blackout curtains, so a little light came through in the mornings. We prefer a firmer mattress than the foam one in the room, but that's personal taste. The shower had an adjustable shower head, which was nice & helped to increase the water pressure. One weird thing...the light in the bathroom came on randomly in the middle of the night both nights we were there!"

"The aesthetic is nice but is easily ruined by the poorly maintained hallways that smell strongly of marijuana. The wall decals/panels were slightly peeling off. The walls are very thin so you can hear every bit of noise of neighboring guest. Parking is terrible and an additional expense. BUT, again the aesthetic is nice."
