"For $400 a night, I expected a much better experience at Live Casino Hotel. The room was not particularly clean, and the amenities were underwhelming at best. "The room was clean and nice, but some, though not all, of the staff were unfriendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. The first time I went, there was no waffle mix or fruit. The second day, I had to wait to get waffles because there was only one machine and the hotel had many guests, so I went out to buy some. It was a bad experience."

"The woman who was taken care of serving breakfast and helping take care of guests was incredibly helpful and kind. She was just terrific. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job."

"Front desk man at.night was overcooked and the hotel was overbooked and its been a week and um still waiting for my refund, very nice plave but ridiculous to get a room there tells you multiple rooms are available but they have been sold out for hours bow while people are still buying for ridiculous prices and thinking they have a room waiting for them...ruined my whole honeymoon..."
