"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms are huge and quite spacious and the staff were sweet, kind, and responsive. The hotel is also in a great location. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend staying here - I plan to stay here again if/when I come back to Baltimore. "

"I always had phobia about ground floor. I complained and was not given a fair hearing. I didn't enjoy my stay there. I paid around $576 which i regretted.
The staff on night shift the day I left was very helpful. I believe she would have listened to me when I made my complaint about ground floor"

When asked they said we had to wait for housekeeping in the morning and when followed up in the morning, there were no clean towels available. The pool room also did not have towels for swimmers. "
