"Don't be fooled by the lobby. Hotel rooms are run down and not maintained well. On my stay the first night i had to switch rooms 3 times due to room issue's. The first room had no furniture and was on the death floor (19th floor) and felt like death. The second room the knob on the tub broke off and had mold while i was giving my son a bath and the ac didn't work. The third room was ok had no furniture ( so i took the furniture from the second room). House keeping did not come during our entire stay( 4 days)!!! Not impressed! Hotel very much looks like it hasn't been updated since 1928 when it opened. Elevators were malfunctioning. Overall just super disappointing and to make it better not one accommodation was offered. Some of the staff were friendly, but for the most part, it was just as bland as the hotel stay yourself a favor don't book with them..and parking is super expensive! Not worth the stress or the money. It's sad that a hotel is such amazing history. Can't hold up to it history!!"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Now I know this is supposed a 1 star low budget hotel, it's not even that. I'm not expecting luxury I expect a working room. They gave us 3 different rooms the first the TV didn't work the second the air didn't work the third the shower didn't work. There was a crackhead sitting on the ground 2 doors from the office smoking crack it was bad. I had to call Expedia to get a refund after they told me I have found something wrong with each room they showed me. I guess I'm not supposed to have to basics we paid for. Not to mention they don't provide blankets. The hotel is filthy I don't know how they pass inspections. They don't even have a room that basic stuff works. I will be calling the county. Oh btw hotel only refunded 2 days mind you I never even sat down on the bed. Thanks to Expedia for giving me to other night I one key cash. Run Run Run Super8 is across the street and it nice and clean"

"Overall the stay was okay for what was supposed to be a bridal suite, but the shower drain seemed to be clogged and didn't drain properly, the toilet seemed to be clogged this morning and didn't flush properly, that was disappointing. The shower was a small space to shower in as well. The jets in the hot tub in the room didn’t look very clean so we didn’t use that. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a living area to set in, and the balcony was nice. Upon check out we wasn’t aware that the parking was an additional $192.00 for 4 nights. Guest didn’t park for free as most hotels offer. We paid almost $2800.00 for four nights in what was a mediocre stay. Wouldn’t recommend spending the money. The location was nice."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice. I didn't eat breakfast there because I was always out early but I'm pretty sure it's good since i never heard anyone complaining about it. There were plenty of of parking spots available always. "
