"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."

"The place was hot in the lobby and hallways and stairwells and elevators. It was too hot. Uncomfortably warm. The A/C in the room was ok, but the entire building was warm. The beds looked like they didn’t change the sheets. Sheets and cover were stained. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The elevators were very slow. "I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"When we arrived, the first room had no a/c. I went to the front desk, and he got the maintenance man to check it. He could not fix it. We were moved to a different room with a/c. There was a weird smell in the hotel during our entire stay. The breakfast items were cold. The bathroom was small. The sink held water the entire time. This hotel seems outdated and needs a lot of work to update it. The worker at the front desk could not even tell us where the CFG Bank Arena was. Next time, I will...
