"Bello hotel, ubicacion excelente, personal maravilloso. No puedo poner 5 estrellas porque la comida nos parecio terrible - la calidad era fatal, y carisima. Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. Pero espero que el management tome nota."

"Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island. "This was the most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Between the room, the breakfast, the pools & the spa, we didn’t want to leave the premises. I will only stay here going forward when I come back to Menorca."

"Air con was not good for first few days, but spoke to Reception and was sorted straight away. Breakfast and lunch were good, but thought evening meal could have been better.
