"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. "A great find for our city break in Palma. Hotel staff and welcome was second to none. Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the roof up bar with Cathedral views. Would recommend and definitely return when next in Palma."

"Très bien situé avec un look moderne et impressionnant. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et le restaurant CUIT offre une vue exceptionnelle ainsi qu’un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, aucun stationnement ni service de voiturier n’est offert. Il faut utiliser un stationnement public situé à environ deux coins de rue, ce qui peut être moins pratique, surtout puisqu’il n’y a pas d’espace prévu pour débarquer les valises à l’arrivée et au départ."
