"Would have been okay for the price, but the AC was not capable of cooling the room. The room was very hot, plus the AC dropped water drops on the bed, right at face level.
We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night."
"Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor.
Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access
Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service."
"We had booked 1 double room and they upgraded us to a bedroom suite. It was lovely and the beds really comfortable. The hotel is really well located you can walk to most places. They have tables and chairs next to the window where you can sit and eat or have a drink and watch the world go by, the hotel has atmosphere and modern. The staff are good. Breakfast was good, the Pho excellent! All in all great value for money."
"Tropical garden in the mist of the mountain. Nice local staff with a touch of international brand. Nice bed and cool heated pool with really nice food, especially the quality of food for breakfast, even though choice is a bit limited. Phở is the highlight for breakfast, so it is a must try indeed."
