"Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. "They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...
