"Overall, everything was really nice I think the hotel is pretty new hotel and everything seems to be all working properly. I would just put a little minus point for the TV not being connected to TV where you can AirPlay from your devices so the choice is quite limited. Breakfast was nice & included and staff as well was great and looked after us - fresh cakes, yogurt, cereals, hot options. "

"I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "

"Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day!
