"It was great the place smelled like sandalwood and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left."

"We chose this place for location near the train station. The room was clean but is more of a “motel 6” vibe and comfortable level. Mattress was fine but bedding was uncomfortable. No staff just self check in and out. We were riding the Katy Trail and there was outdoor bike racks that were convenient. Area and restaurants next to the train station were fun. "

"We stayed 3 seperate times while I was training for a new job far from home. Each room had something broken in it. The "Continental" breakfast left much to be desired, although by the 3rd week they did finally add yogurt to the mix. The coffee set up at breakfast was pretty amazing. Everyone was very kind & friendly. When I had an issue, they promptly fixed it. The pool is NOT heated & there is no hot tub. Water pressure was HORRIBLE BUT it was as HOT as you could stand!"

"Very nice, very clean, comfortable hotel, we’ll definitely be back. We stay in Kansas City quite a bit and have never tried this Hilton before. We found a new favorite."
