"Staff are friendly and helpful, 7-11 inside hotel is very convenient. Location is central, 5 minute walk to Shinagawa station, which connects to most major train lines. Note that it is a bit of a slope to walk between train and station, so maybe challenging with luggages, but they do offer free shuttle to Prince Hotel which is a short flat walk to the station. "

"The hotel was impeccable, room was comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there. "

"We had a park view corner room on the 13th floor. Amazing views, spotless room, cleaned every other day. New slippers, pajamas, towels, and waters provided each time which was great to see after exploring Shibuya all day. The breakfast and hours (0700-1200) were also very good."
