"We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year"

"Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging "

"Atención estupenda desde que llegamos al hotel. Habitación muy bonita y limpia. La cena estaba deliciosa. La piscina con vistas a la montaña es perfecta para relajarse y hacerse unas buenas fotos. El Spa muy bien mantenido y super relajante. 100/100 recomendado!! Hay una parte del camino para llegar hasta allí que no está asfaltado por lo que el terreno es irregular. No obstante, ha sido una estancia que nos ha encantado."

"Beautiful, unique property on a very tranquil and scenic location. A 7,5 km drive up from the main road brings you to the top of the hill. "Nice hotel located I the city center of the old town. Everything was perfect. Parkering is 3-5 min walk away from the hotel in a parking basement, which was a little difficult to find eve though we follow the signs to the hotel. Google maps had some difficulty to guide us to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good. "
