"This was our second time staying at this hotel and we are glad we booked it again. Staff are attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is amazing and really great as a case for exploring the city. The spa is now included and we made excellent use of it!"

"Stayed only for 1 night. Comfortable beds even though room not spacious which is a norm in Japan. Fantastic location near the Sapporo JR station and Seico Mart just across the street. Breakfast is also adequate. Great price which made the stay extremely value for money."
