"The staff were very helpful. Check-in process was smooth with the detailed instructions given. The room was excellent and just like the pictures. Complimentary laundry soap was provided with the washer. The dryer worked well, completely drying the clothes. Everything felt welcoming and would love to stay there again."

"The room was clean."

"Large room compared to others in Japan. Bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again."

"Laundry was a nice option to have in the middle of our vacay. Super close to the castle and reasonably close to metro and bus stop to make getting around easy."

"Cl"

"Nice to be able to lay on the tatami mat floor and emulate the weeb life. Laundry existed in the basement for 100 yen coins. Family Mart direct below and connected to the building for easy access to groceries. Quiet and low traffic."

"Prime location"

"Property central to Namba, about 800m from the train station, and close to lots of shopping and restaurants."

"The lack of staff made it a little less personable. The location was ok. Was close to a don quixote, train station, and lively area."

"Muy cerca de los comercios buena localidad."

"Excellent property accommodations and location."
