"Washer in room . Erika, Sylvia and the owner Ariana were so helpful in helping us resolve issues with car rental. Sylvia called three different Europcar sites to resolve an issue for me. Erika and Arianna the owner were also very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment. Parking under the building. A grocery store across the street. Restaurants next to the building. A little far away from the Verona historic center. Excellent location if you are travelling between Venice and Milan."

"Foi tudo muito bom, principalmente o atendimento atencioso de Marta. Everything was great, especially Marta's attentive service."

"Very basic. No WiFi. No TV. Few power sockets. Wonky shower head that sprayed water in every direction."

"Excelente servicio del personal en recepción. El lugar estaba muy limpio, amplio y mucho mejor que en las condiciones de lo q se ofrece en las fotos. Se descansa muy bien porque no hay ruidos exteriores y está muy bien ubicado de todos los sitios turísticos."

"Ottima struttura, ambienti eleganti, funzionali e puliti. Non ho usufruito della colazione."

"Super Lage, Preis-Leistung top"

"Lorenzo was amazing. From his friendly greeting to all ways he helped us (ordering a taxi, meeting us at the gate, helping to carry our bags) he made us feel very welcome. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. So clean, so spacious, and every detail well thought out. The location couldn’t have been better - we could walk to everything. If we come back to. Verona, this is where we will stay!"

"The property was across the street from the check in hotel ! Staff were so great ! Took us over to the air suites .., showed us what we needed to know! Breakfast buffet was at the hotel too ! It’s a very decent buffet for sure …. No complaints at all .. great location"
