"This is a Holiday Inn in name only. Disappointed in the way the hotel represents itself on Expedia. 4 stars is a significant reach. This hotel is in a 1 star part of town and it is generally far from clean, particularly the washrooms. Photos of hotel and rooms are significantly enhanced. AC is locked at 26 degrees, really not much to compliment on, though the breakfast was ok. For the price charged, it left much to be desired. You are better off finding a 3 star hotel that is well reviewed for...

"Bring your own washcloths and towels. Because they are not good at providing them when needed. Otherwise beautiful property had a wonderful stay. Also, when it comes to transportation, either hire a car service or get ready to take a train.Because the free shuttle will only take you to the train station.In vico equince."

"Decent property, staff pretty nice and helpful….the hassling for the towels is what was most frustrating…. It’s hot there, I sweat a lot so I carried a towel to walk with everyday….each day they wanted to make sure the towel was returned…. Started to be annoying….."

Everyone was so warm and helpful which really made our stay so pleasant. The restaurant had excellent food, service and atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. "Nice location on marina picola. Hotel offers free shuttle to town and pick up from port (for a fee). Gorgeous view of famous rocks. Beach few steps down stairs. Rooms and hallways can use an update. Breakfast had many options. Would recommend this property"
