"As dependências do hotel eram ótimas, desde a recepção aos quartos. É válido ressaltar a limpeza e cuidado com os banheiros, sempre impecáveis. Um ponto fraco, em minha experiência, foi quanto aos funcionários, alguns deles não foram os mais simpáticos, porém relevamos. "Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone."
