"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Leona, the Assistant Hotel Manager, for her outstanding professionalism and support. During my stay, a few things unfortunately went wrong, and the issues I raised were causing considerable discomfort. However, Leona handled everything with genuine care, understanding and efficiency. She listened attentively, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to provide assistance and make things right. Her calm, thoughtful and...

"It’s such a new and wonderful hotel. Location is amazing. Easy access to everywhere with subway and buses. Staff are amazing. Receptionist Liuli is very nice and kind during our stay. Patio was not open during the time we were there but overall 10/10 stay"

"房間乾淨，位置便利"

"My wife and I loved everything about this hotel, I would have given it six star if we could. From the staff to the ambiance to the decor to the location, The breakfast definitely top 10."

"Excellent location. Very close to lots of attractions and subway. Lots of food close by. The hotel is in a small alley and was a little hard to find. The staff were awesome. Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings."

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった"

"Beautiful hotel, close to what I needed. Staff great, helpful and discreet. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Room spacious with comfortable bed, very clean. Toiletries and towels lush. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Many places to eat inside and out. Train station nearby for geeks like me 😊"

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the property because we had a young child and wanted a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials. Having laundry was also super convenient. The location is excellent and was walkable to Tiananmen and forbidden city. Tons of food options and shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children."

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"A bit noisy surround. Bath area doesn't have a glass door/wall separately with the rest."

"Very good hotel, nice location and stuff."

"The front desk and especially the consierge Julie were extremely helpful and welcoming. The coffee maker in the room was not self-explanatory, some explanation would be helpful. No coffee whitener or cream was supplied. Otherwise, the room was nice. Small, but sufficient and nice"

"Excellent location, good breakfast, helpful staff, traditional lifestyle experiences."

"Proche du métro et commerces par contre le personnel à l’arrivée ne parlais presque pas anglais ce qui est un peu dommage"
