Very friendly staff. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Clean bedroom, bed and bath and good ammenities. Very nice atmosphere. Will recommend and be back!

Heerlijk verblijf
Prachtig gelegen kleinschalig hotel met uitstekend restaurant.De mooiste stranden liggen op een paar km afstand evenals de Christopher berg. We hebben hier vier dagen verbleven en hebben telkens gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant . Men kan buiten eten met zicht op de prachtige baai en de kaart biedt voldoende afwisseling om een aantal dagen te verblijven. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel en zeer correcte prijzen.

The food at the restaurant was good. The hotel was ok they kept it clean daily. The main complaints i have are the noise there is dogs on the property and they bark loud i was woke up a few times in the middle of the night my room also had a dog odor lingering. Bugs. At night bugs were coming in from outside i reported it and they did the best to resolve the issue

So pleased that we stayed here...
We had a great stay (for a week) and were made very welcome by both the hosts and the staff at this boutique hotel. Special mention for Stefanie and Alan (our hosts - nothing too much trouble) and Blanca (perfect coffee every morning), Sharlon and Angelo (in the restaurant), Marie (house-keeping) and not to forget Max who welcomed us every morning with a smile. Landhuis KSM is a former Dutch plantation house, a national monument, restored in 2015, full of character and history. We stayed in the standalone apartment which was perfect for our needs. The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we ate there every evening - a delicious menu with interesting options - all excellent value, beautifully cooked and well presented. Great views and sunset (not to be missed), perfect for accessing all of the beautiful beaches and snorkelling in both the centre and west of the island. Car is essential to fully appreciate Curacao. We saw a wide range of wild-life (including humming-birds, parakeets, lizards, etc,) If we return to Curacao; we will definitely visit again.

Het hotel ligt op een mooie lokatie met uitzicht op de santha martha baai en vlakbij het Christoffelpark. Ideaal als je de christoffel berg op wilt, aangezien je alleen voor 10 uur in de ochtend de berg op mag. Ik vond de rustige ligging heel fijn, heb er heerlijk geslapen. Ook het restaurant was top.

Great little hotel (5 rooms) with one of the better restaurants on the island. Amazing view of the bay. Staff is personable and helpful. An amazing location to explore all points of the island especially the more remote beaches of the west. Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und hatten das einzelne Apartment, welches sich in einem kleinen Nebengebäude befindet, gemietet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die natürliche Belüftung des Hauses, wobei zusätzlich auch die Möglichkeit besteht, den Schlafraum zu klimatisieren. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick und im Restaurant haben wir mehrmals lecker zu Abend gegessen.

Verträumtes Landhaus im Herzen der Natur
Wir haben insgesamt 10 Nächte im Landhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stellenweise etwas Putz abgebröckelt) und ich hätte noch einen kleinen Kleiderschrank ganz nett gefunden. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers ist sehr gut. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, preislich aber eher im etwas höheren Preissegment angesiedelt. Das Landhaus befindet sich im Westen der Insel, also eher im ruhigeren Teil der Insel. Fahrtzeit in die Hauptstadt beträgt etwa 30 Minuten. In der Nähe befinden sich viele schöne Strände, z.B. Playa Cas Abou (15Minuten).

Vielen Dank fuer diese Bewertung, die uns hilft, so dass wir auf die Verbesserungswuensche unserer Gaeste eingehen koennen. Auch die kleine Erlaeuterung zum Thema Putz koennten wir vielleicht beim check-inn mitliefern. Tatsaechlich steht das Landhaus mit seinen 300 Jahren unter Denkmalschutz. Die Waende sind aus Steinen auf Korallen-Basis gemauert und reagieren immer noch auf die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und den Salzgehalt in der Luft, so dass der Anstrich rund einmal pro Jahr erneuert werden muss. Vielen Dank und mit vielen Gruessen vom Team Landhuis Klein Santa Martha

Beautiful Historic Hotel and Restaurant
Landhuis klein Santa Martha is a beautiful, historic manor house turned hotel and restaurant. Our room was in a ground level wing off the main building with the beautiful pool and patio right outside our front door. The garden has has a wealth of wildlife including lizards, birds, and hummingbirds.The building is also a full service restaurant so there is always activity going on but it was never invasive. The owners and staff are very nice and attentive. Be advised that this is in a rural location and there are not many gas, grocery, or restaurant (besides the in-house one, which is excellent) options near by. If you're looking for quiet, historic lodging, this is the place!

Feels like home holidays: sympathique et beau
Quelques chambres confortables et très jolies dans un Landhuis rénové qui est un excellent restaurant. Parfaite localisation pour explorer l'ile en dehors de la ville, pour ceux qui ont une voiture. Superbes plages a proximité. Staff exceptionnellement sympathique. Les hotes nous ont accueillis comme des amis et le bonheur a duré tout le séjour.

I am a very picky person.
One of the best experiences of my life was here in Landhaus Klein. The room was spotless, clean, renovated. But most of all I want to mention the people who work there who gave me an exceptional and cordial customer service during my stay. The food of the highest world cuisine. And the beaches near the hotel are breathtaking. I would recommend Cas Abou as the first beach option. The fridge in the room is a super plus for me. Varouna was always attentive to us and I want to thank you for everything. My advice is to rent a car and buy a mosquito repellent because the site is virgin in vegetation. Mosquito repellent can be purchased at any market store before arriving at the hotel. Once applied, bye bye mosquitoes forever.

Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Wir hatten das Queenzimmer gebucht, welches wirklich sehr schön ist. Leider ist der Wind (v.a. zu dieser Jahreszeit) sehr stark und in den Giebeln doch sehr laut. Doch hierfür kann ja keiner was. Auf Nachfrage haben wir umgehend ein anderes Zimmer (kleines Appartmenthaus) erhalten.

Feeling like home
Das Landhuis Santa Martha in Soto ist ein Hotel, dass man auf Curacao sehr empfehlen kann. Wir haben dort 3 Wochen verbracht und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgeschieden und sehr ruhig. Im gesamten Hotelbereich ist es sehr sauber und auch das Swimmingpool wurde täglich gesäubert. Das angeschlossene Restaurant hält auch höheren Ansprüchen stand. Brian, der "Chef", kocht auf sehr hohem (und vor allem gleichbleibenden) Niveau. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Personal dieses Hotels. Patricia, Gabriela, Laura, Kimberly, Arjen, Brian, Othmar, Max und alle anderen sind während unseres Urlaubes für uns zu einer 2.Familie geworden. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit haben wir in dieser Form in der Karibik noch nicht erlebt. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt und man hat den Eindruck in einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu logieren.Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Eindrücke.

Nice, peaceful hotel, perfect for couples
This was a unique hotel experience. We enjoyed the hotel very much and the setting and views of the lagoon are beautiful. In addition, the food experience was fantastic and the chef accommodated my wife's gluten free meal needs. The pool was very nice and the proximity to the beaches in the north part of the island made it ideal for us. The only issues was that the wind constantly blows and the windows are not air tight. It made a sound that was at times loud throughout the night. Also, the hotel lost power due to an electrical storm. This was not a huge issue except we could not check out and settle our bill. Overall a very nice hotel experience in a nice, quiet setting.

Jullie hebben alles prachtig verbouwd en opgeknapt daarvoor onze complimenten. Maar in de 2 zolderkamers veroorzaakt de minst geringste wind een gigantisch geluidsoverlast in de kamers. Dit heeft onze nachtrust beide nachten totaal verstoort. Verder waren wij nogal confuus over de extra toeslag boven op de riante kamerprijs, plus de niet inbegrepen toeristenbelasting een behoorlijke misser. De dinsdag avond met het lokale eten en muziek was leuk en goed verzorgd. Het diner op de andere avond was matig tot slecht. Jullie hebben alles prachtig verbouwd en opgeknapt daarvoor onze complimenten. Maar in de 2 zolderkamers veroorzaakt de minst geringste wind een gigantisch geluidsoverlast in de kamers. Dit heeft onze nachtrust beide nachten totaal verstoort. Verder waren wij nogal confuus over de extra toeslag boven op de riante kamerprijs, plus de niet inbegrepen toeristenbelasting een behoorlijke misser. De dinsdag avond met het lokale eten en muziek was leuk en goed verzorgd. Het diner op de andere avond was matig tot slecht. Bel soggiorno in una stupenda casa d'epoca coloniale dal design ricercato ed intimo (sole 5 stanze), ma al tempo stesso c'è anche un buon ristorante sempre aperto. E' preferibile noleggiare l'auto perché a pochi minuti ci sono le spiagge più belle di Curaçao (a nord-ovest più selvaggia e incontaminata).
