Staff did not explain price differences or refund options, and I was forced to pay transportation in cash at checkout with no receipt. The experience was stressful and poorly managed. I contacted the hotel and Expedia but have not received a satisfactory resolution."

"The property located in Medina. It's special. I had choosen it for more authentic travel. Stuff is very attentive. Speak good English. It's possible to find by Google map, but better to call Riad, and make an arrangement. It's good idea to have a lot of change. Like small bills to pay kids to help you find the hotel. "A quiet, clean and nice Riad in the Medina. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfer/porter service to/from the train station. Getting through the main square is a bit of a challenge but the system was efficient. Rooms clean and comfortable although surprised that they did not provide water for drinking. Breakfast was good but very carb heavy so beware if you are seeking protein. All and all a nice stay. There was some reluctance to accept credit card payment for the extra fees...
