"The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The room was quiet - no airport noise. Air conditioning was adequate. The location was close to the airport as well as a large, modern shopping mall, with E. Leclerc being the largest store. The mall also has a food court, with a nice variety of options. It is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. The shuttle to the airport is provided free by the hotel and is very punctual.

"We always like this hotel. Reception staff are great. Always a struggle to find it - it’s like a maze. More signage please. Great breakfast too. What we don’t like so much are the bar staff - we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking for a drink. Perhaps they would benefit from some more training."

"Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level.
Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds.
Wifi was strong and worked well.
Room was clean.
Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked.
Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives."

"Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine."
