"Outstanding breakfast, spacious room, beautiful clean pool (if small), and excellent staff."

"To be honest, this was our least favorite Hilton stay to date. Our room was not ready upon arrival, and once we were assigned a different room, the toilet there was constantly running after each flush, so we had to keep opening the tank to wiggle the components a bit to stop the noise. When this was brought to the attention of staff, all they did was ask my husband if the ‘noise’ was bothersome. They didn’t say something like ‘thank you sir, we will address that issue as soon as we can.’...

"Pool was not available. Renovation not completed or done properly. We looked forward to the cookies offered at night was not available and was told that they don't do that any more."

"The Staff was great. Everything was pretty clean except the floor in the bathroom, tub needed grout where it had settled and the lavatory was a bit clogged and drained slowly."

"Really enjoy staying here. Come to Ohio two/three times a year and having been staying here last three years."

"Dingy outside appearance. Door stuck and was hard to open. Light switch didn't work. Phone was not connected to wall and had no cord to do so. Tub was filthy. My kids found a needle, half smoked cigarette- in a non smoking room, and a metal pipe with one end burned .."

"No working smoke alarm in room...wires were capped off, smoke alarm missing. Desk lamp was a bare light bulb, so shade or cover over it. Walk-in shower was nice, but hot water was not plentiful at different times of the day. Air conditioning was very good. Lots of flies in breakfast area, which looked like it could use a good cleaning. Crumbs on countertops."
