"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"The room was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I felt the area around the hotel was sketchy. I did not feel it was worth the exorbitant amount I paid for one night. I guess that’s the price for staying there during World Cup. Hardly seems fair."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. The room was dark and I didn’t like it. However they have a nice pool on the roof top, and the hotel was really clean."

"I really hate to say this but the room was in need of a lot of work... the walls were dirty, wallpaper peeling. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hot tub was broken, the water feature in the courtyard is drained. The lock on the room door was broken. The 101 highway was very loud, so try to stay to the front. The bed was not comfortable. The "free breakfast" was coffee, juice, and Kirkland granola bars / rice crispy treats. I really wanted to like it but ended up leaving after one...

"The property is outdated and rundown. It’s kind of sad. It looks like it was very grand at one point in time. Lots of ceiling leaks (huge one at the restaurant entrance with a hole in the ceiling), ice machine on our floor out of order all 3 days. One escalator inoperable this morning. Was a tub/shower and it took forever to drain. The golf course pathway landscape and buildings were not maintained and golf paths and railings were very rundown. Cans littering the golf landscape along the way. ...
