"Let me preface this review with what I’m looking for when I stay at a cheap motel: a clean room with a bed and a bathroom. That’s it. I don’t need much. But this place? Omg. It was the most disgusting and depressing motel I’ve ever seen in my life, and I’ve traveled nationally and internationally. DO NOT LET THE PHOTOS THE BUSINESS HAS POSTED, FOOL YOU. Those rooms in the photos are absolutely NOT the rooms you will get. Idk if they will let me post my own photos but I hope so. My group rented three rooms. Each of which smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and weird chemicals (and I’m a smoker and even I couldn’t stand the smell). There was one weird pillow on each bed. No smoke alarms. Busted vents dangling by cords on the walls and ceilings. Broken furniture. Torn-off trim in the bathrooms, exposing 2x4s and concrete. Writing on the walls. Holes in walls. Dirt and grime all over the walls. Burn holes on the cloth headboards. One of the entry doors wouldn’t even open all the way. Seriously disgusting. We took the loss and left. We didn’t/couldn't stay there. Everything in the area was booked or incredibly expensive so we drove almost two hours away for a different motel. I have NEVER done that before and I've landed myself in some pretty sus places; I usually just deal with it. Please listen to me when I suggest you avoid this place at all costs."
"One day before my son’s wedding they sent an email canceling our reservation due to overbooking. Thank goodness I called the hotel and manager got it taken care of. Don’t use hotels.com"
"The person checking us in didn't give us our breakfast cards. I stated that I had paid for breakfast. He didn't review paying for parking. Not very helpful.
The rooms were very clean, breakfast staff was fabulous! Overall, great stay."
"I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. I would have asked for a room change if it hadn’t been so late at night when I arrived, and I was tired after traveling. Also, I did not find the staff to be very helpful with answering questions. There were 2 bottles of water in my room, and after opening one, I discovered that they were NOT complimentary, but I would be charged $3/ bottle! With the price I paid for the room, they could have given 2 bottles of water! I decided to not open the second bottle, as I was led to believe that I would not be charged for the second, as long as it was not opened. I was still charged $7.50 for the water when I checked my credit card statement a couple of days later. My breakfast was good, but pricey. Understand that this is also NOT a complimentary breakfast! When I booked the room, I was given the option of adding my breakfast for $12.00. I decided not to do this as I don't eat much. I was just planning on having some fruit and yogurt and coffee. That was even expensive! I highly recommend that you pay for the breakfast when you book, if given the option. I do NOT recommend this hotel and won’t be staying again."
"This place was great but housekeeping was yelling in the hallway this morning before 9am. Then proceeded to knock on our door at 9am and again at 10am. I was tired and wanted to sleep in. Checkout isn’t until noon, which is nice, so why is housekeeping making a raucous at 9am??
Otherwise, everything was great!!"
