"Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is great, only a short walk to Plymouth Hoe. Off street parking close by was reasonably priced at 4 pound overnight. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in Plymouth again."

"Lovely guesthouse that has been updated but still has kept its beautiful character. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. "Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. "
