"The problem was the airport pickup. First, the note they send you with you resy directs you to the wrong vestibule #. Luckily I was paying attention when I called for pickup and noted the discrepency between the written directions and where the desk clerk directed me. I reconfirmed I was at the right one on several subsequent calls. Why the frequent subsequent calls? Because the freaking shuttle never came!

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. "I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "
