"We used it for a place to stay while visiting a family member in Denver. Did not need to use the restaurant on site but it looked wonderful. We did use the bar and the bartender was excellent and very friendly. There were no restaurants within walking distance since it was in a very safe business area but we knew that when booking. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Did not expect to get such a lovely hotel for the price we paid but we were there in the beginning of May which was off-season."

" I truly felt this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, the front desk employee was neither welcoming nor clear in her communication. There also seems to be a serious staff shortage, only one valet attendant & one front desk employee. There was no one available to help us carry our luggage to the room, despite the fact that we had a child & three suitcases No one even attempted to help or find someone to assist us with the luggage. "To Whom it may concern, Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways. The biggest issue is that it needs a super deep clean. My room had obvious spilled beverages on the floor that had not been cleaned up or vacuumed, and my room was very dusty.
