"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I first arrived, it took quite a while for the front desk employee to acknowledge me, as she appeared to be finishing up a phone call and working on something else. However, once she did, she was kind and helpful.

"Hotel clerk was so rude . I went there with my girlfriend at 2 AM after we got back from the game. That’s the New York Knicks game. Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia.
