"Booked 2 rooms 8 months ago for a one night stay due to going to an event early on Sunday morning 19th July 2026. Arrived at reception to check in to be told that they only had one room and that the booking system had allowed over bookings which we were told is quite common ?? A very poor apology ..."

"A decent hotel but very odd policies. They won’t give you access to pool or fitness room during your stay by default and you have to stand in queue to get a separate access card everything you need to go to the pool or gym. Also, no way to heat up food as there are no microwaves in the room or common ..."
